There are only a handful of commercials that stand out as true Southern California classics and, over the past decade, the Neil Leeds mantra of "We Won't Be Beat" can be parroted by kids and adults alike. Leeds found his first location in North Hollywood in need of desperate repair, so he rolled up his sleeves and brought out his broom and cleaned up the property.
